KEY TERMS

"Content"

Means a User who registers on the Platform to find, hire, or request services from skilled workers or service providers. A Client may request quotes, book services, communicate with workers, pay for services, or review services through the Platform.

"Platform"
Has the meaning described in the opening paragraph above and includes the WorkisReady website, mobile applications, and other online services.
"Services"
Means the services listed, requested, scheduled, offered, fulfilled, or provided by Service Providers through the Platform. These services may include skilled labor, home services, delivery services, cleaning, technical services, repairs, and other on-demand work opportunities.

"Service Provider or Skilled Worker"
Means a User who registers on the Platform to offer or provide services to Clients. Service Providers may include artisans, technicians, cleaners, delivery drivers, tradespeople, freelancers, or other skilled workers using the Platform to receive work opportunities and payments.

"WorkisReady Content"
Means all Content made available by WorkisReady through the Platform, including materials licensed from third parties, excluding User Content.

"User"
Means any individual or entity who uses the Platform, including those who register for an account, agree to the Terms of Use, request services, offer services, or otherwise interact with the Platform. This includes both Clients and Service Providers.

"User Content"
Means all Content submitted, posted, uploaded, published, or transmitted by Users through the Platform. This may include photos, videos, profile information, service descriptions, messages, reviews, ratings, requests, and payment-related information. User Content does not include WorkisReady Content.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
How we collect and store information depends on how you interact with and use the Platform. We collect information in several ways, including:
