We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Consumer to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of the WorkisReady platform among consumers.
Role Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager, Consumer, you will be responsible for shaping how our products are positioned and communicated to users. You will work closely with product, growth, and design teams to launch new features, craft compelling messaging, and build marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
This role requires a strategic thinker who understands user behavior, market trends, and how to translate product capabilities into powerful customer value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
> Develop clear and compelling product messaging that communicates the value of WorkisReady to consumers.
> Define positioning strategies that differentiate WorkisReady from competitors.
> Ensure consistent brand voice across marketing channels.
Product Launch & Campaign Management
> Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and services.
> Lead cross-functional product launches involving product, engineering, and marketing teams.
> Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, and search marketing.
Customer Insights & Market Research
> Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, behavior, and trends.
> Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
> Monitor competitor products and marketing strategies.
Growth & User Acquisition
> Work with the growth team to design campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
> Optimize conversion funnels across website and mobile app.
> Identify opportunities to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
Collaboration
> Partner with product managers to shape product roadmap based on customer insights.
> Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets.
> Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to ensure customer experience aligns with brand messaging.
Qualifications
Required
> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
> 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
> Experience working with digital products, mobile apps, or online marketplaces.
> Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
> Experience in marketplace platforms, gig economy services, or service marketplaces.
> Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
> Experience launching and scaling consumer products.
